Nisjes in huis heb jij en een zwak voor? Deze zijn eigenlijk niet meer weg te denken in de meeste huizen. Je vind ze overal in de badkamer zoals bij ons, of in de woonkamer. Sommige hebben een hele voorzet wand laten plaatsen om nisjes te cre\u00ebren. Overal nisjes in huis een tijdloze woontend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Klushuis met nisjes idee\u00ebn <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Toen we ons jaren \u201930 klushuis kochten, stonden er twee dichtgemetselde kachels in de woonkamer. Toen we gingen kijken of ze nog functioneel konden zijn, stortte de hele bende in en bleek er ook nog eens een lelijke afvoerbuis achter het brakke metselwerk te zitten. Ken je die film The Money Pit over een prachtig huis dat bij het renoveren zo\u2019n beetje volledig instort? Zo voelde dat moment, haha! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Omdat onze verbouwing al best in de papieren liep (er waren nog wat andere gebreken, zie ook mijn blogpost over het kopen van een oud huis<\/a>), kwam er een budgetoplossing. We stucten de vorm van een schouw om de afvoerbuis en de oude rookkanalen heen. En zo hebben we 2 jaar geleefd totdat meer dringende zaken waren aangepakt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nisjes in huis met boekenplank<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Na 2 jaar ontwierp ik onze huidige schouw met nisjes en boekenplanken. Achteraf kostte het trouwens helemaal niet zoveel om die te (laten) maken. Ik ben ontzettend tevreden over het resultaat! Het leukste aan de nisjes vind ik dat je ze telkens opnieuw kunt stylen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Als ik deze schouw ooit zat ben, kunnen we \u2018m afbreken en bijvoorbeeld alsnog een kachel nemen. De afvoerbuis is binnenkort toch overbodig, omdat we een nieuwe badkamer aan het bouwen <\/a>zijn <\/a>op een andere plek in huis dan waar de huidige badkamer (met deze afvoerbuis) zit. Maar ik denk dat de schouw nog wel even blijft!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Badkamer nisjes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In de badkamer is ook een perfecte plek om nisjes te cre\u00ebren. Je cre\u00ebert een hotel chique feeling en handige opberg ruimte in een. Wij kozen ervoor om in de bestaande schouw naar beneden een nis te laten maken. Want immers was dit toch een stuk wat al uitstak in de badkamer en en precies op deze plek geen leidingen zaten of een verdikking van andere kabels. Dus het kwam precies goed uit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We wilde heel graag in de douche zelf een nisje maar onze tegelzetter had ons erop gewezen dat we dan weinig douche ruimte zouden overhouden. Achteraf gezien had het makkelijk gekund! Hadden voet bij stuk moeten houden….. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
